At GAS LLC, we operate exclusively in an independent advisory and facilitation capacity. Our role is to support institutions, investors, corporations, governments, and strategic stakeholders in navigating complex international markets with clarity, professionalism, and confidence. Holding a PhD in Economics, he brings a unique combination of academic excellence and practical expertise in both regulatory and commercial banking. He is widely recognized for his strategic insight in financial governance, institutional development, and sustainable market growth.
With a proven track record in strengthening financial institutions and supporting economic development, Dr. Kalmoor contributes deep expertise in financial strategy, governance frameworks, and market positioning.

As Group Executive Chairman of a portfolio of companies, he has successfully built and scaled businesses across multiple regions.
He is widely recognized for his ability to drive cross-border growth through strategic partnerships and innovative business models. With a strong presence in the United Arab Emirates, Yasith has played a key role in expanding operations into high-growth markets across the Gulf, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Yasith has also collaborated with global institutions such as the World Bank, supporting the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in emerging economies. His work reflects a deep understanding of international markets, investment dynamics, and sustainable business expansion.

Hernan Arias is a seasoned aviation professional with over 45 years of experience across flight operations, aviation services, and international aviation business development. He trained at the Pan American Aviation Academy in New York and began his career in the early 1970s as part of flight crews operating DC-3 and Martin 404 aircraft in the United States.
Throughout his career, Mr. Arias has held a wide range of leadership and operational roles within the aviation industry, including ownership and executive positions in aviation service companies, flight schools, and international air operations.
He has been actively involved in FAA Part 135-certified operations across the United States, the Caribbean, Mexico, and the Bahamas, bringing extensive expertise in aviation logistics, aircraft operations, and regulatory compliance.
He has also contributed to aviation business development, aircraft sales, and equipment financing, while maintaining active engagement in airport coordination and international flight operations, including work at Miami International Airport.
In addition to his aviation career, Mr. Arias has been involved in community and institutional roles, including service as a Notary Public and participation in civic organizations in the United States. In recognition of his contributions, he received an official acknowledgment from the United States Congress in 2023 for his service to the South Florida community.

He has significant experience in trading thermal coal between Indonesia and China, alongside active involvement in crude oil and LNG markets.
